.5K for Pre-K

“The .5K for Pre-K” was created for individuals who embrace a different kind of challenge – one that involves checking Instagram, enjoying donuts, and refueling on coffee rather than early morning runs or bike rides. It’s a lighthearted race for those who are willing to have fun, dress up, and poke a little fun at themselves.

100% of the proceeds from the .5k for Pre-K go to The Junior League of Waco’s Power of Pre-K initiative.

The Junior League of Waco strives to ensure that all women and children in McLennan County are equipped to thrive and fulfill their full potential.  Pre-K education is our focus area and has been shown to have a positive impact on our community.

No matter your level of energy or your lack of training, there are several ways to participate in this event. Regardless of how you “race,” all participants will receive the coveted event t-shirt and other fun swag.
